    • project-based work across our client portfolio.

  • NuCAS is a modern and innovative legal services start‑up, co‑founded by Lucy Nixon and Richard Tapp in 2025, and no two days are ever the same. We’re a small but high‑performing team with an excellent culture, where collaboration, curiosity and initiative are genuinely valued.

As part of a close‑knit team, you’ll have real responsibility from day one, and the opportunity to grow as the business grows. You’ll play an active role in building and influencing a rapidly scaling legal services business, with opportunities for progression.
