  • Using insights from the session, combined with our industry expertise, we analyse your processes and select a minimum of three discrete tasks that are strong candidates for AI optimisation or automation.

  • We prepare a concise, actionable report outlining: why each suggested process is suitable for AI, how AI could be applied for maximum benefit and best‑practice guidance to ensure safe, successful implementation.

  • Your report becomes a practical starting point for building your own AI adoption roadmap, or can be used as a launchpad for a full AI Readiness Engagement with NuCAS.

AI Readiness Engagement

A 12-16 week structured, high‑impact programme designed to accelerate your organisation’s adoption of practical, value‑driven AI.

  • We work closely with your team to surface pain points, map current workflows, and identify where AI can create meaningful efficiency, accuracy, or cost‑saving gains.

  • Together, we select up to two high‑value processes. We analyse and document these in detail, creating comprehensive AI‑ready playbooks that provide immediate “day one” clarity and operational benefit.

  • For each process, we design and develop up to five automated workflows. These workflows are built to be directly deployable into your chosen AI platform, reducing the time from strategy to execution.

  • You receive a detailed, actionable report outlining: best practices for successful AI rollout, recommendations for scaling AI across additional processes, areas where NuCAS could add ongoing support and drive further efficiencies and prioritised next steps.

  • An engagement is typically priced between £25,000 - £75,000, which is based on your final agreed scope and deliverables, ensuring the engagement is tailored to your needs and wider AI strategy.
